Xtreme Gardening MYKOS ROOT PAKS are the all-purpose method of applying MYKOS mycorrhizae for hydroponic systems with loose media (such as Growstone & Hydroton). Designed specifically to meet the needs of hydroponic growers. Place 1-2 PAKS per plant in growing media. Each PAK holds 10 grams of pure mycorrhizal inoculant.
MYKOS mycorrhizae is a natural and organic species of beneficial soil fungi that builds root mass and increases plant uptake of nutrients and water. With more roots, you get more fruits. MYKOS grows the biggest and best fruits, vegetables, flowers and herbs! It also boosts new transplants and protects roots from drought, heat stress, pathogens, and diseases. MYKOS may be used with any nutrient line and works in all types of growing media.
Unlike other microbial products, MYKOS contains only a single species of Endo-mycorrhizal fungi, Rhizophagus intraradices, formally known as Glomus intraradices. This very specific species of Mycorrhizae works faster and stronger to enhance root structures, increase crop yields and secondary metabolites. It can also improve the soil structure, both in clay soil and sandy soil, as well as help break down organic compounds and convert them into plant available nutrients.
USAGE: Pak should be placed at the root zone of container. Set plant ensuring direct root contact with the pak. Mykos Root Paks should not be opened or added to a reservoir.
Containers & Net Pots: 3-6" diameter use 1-2 paks, 8-10" diameter use 3-4 paks, 12"+ diameter use 5-6 paks.
