Monterey B.T. Biological Insecticide RTU controls worms and caterpillars on fruits, vegetables, ornamentals and shade trees in and around the home garden. It is acceptable for use on edible plants up to the day of harvest.
Monterey B.T. Biological Insecticide kills worms and caterpillars but has no effect on birds, earthworms, or beneficial insects such as honeybees and ladybugs, when used as directed. The worms and caterpillars eat treated foliage, then immediately stop feeding and damaging plants.
Pests Controlled: Cabbage Looper, Armyworms, Hornworms, Bagworm, Spring Cankerworm, Fall Cankerworm, Gypsy Moth, Tent Caterpillar, Elm Spanworm, Fall Webworm, and other moth pests.
Ingredients: Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies kurstaki strain.
Usage: Shake thoroughly before use and regularly while spraying. Apply at first sign of infestation and repeat at weekly intervals when needed to maintain control. Spray leaf surfaces thoroughly, top and bottom, for complete control.
